Roberts £19,004 per month for six months. Vessel must be painted in dry dock at Goverment expense and certificate
of seaworthiness must be obtained from Lloyd's Surveyor
at Hongkong. Please make arrangements accordingly
immediately.
Ship should be also requisitioned immediately
should be registered provisionally in name of Governor and
may be handed over to charterer's agent on receipt of telegrams stating agreement executed. Report by telegram
when arrangements made and ship delivered.
